A quickly executed sketch of the Kitchen in la Stanza Grande 2. From left to right... niche for china, sandstone sink in the window with lovely views, silo with a dish-washer & oven & a bit of storage, low counter & cabinet with a niche above it, a new window above the spazz-table with cook-top box to boot and a second silo housing a refrigerator & storage for pasta & stuff!!!
The cabinets, silos & shelving will be either in their Natural Oak or painted some color. How about a Dark Olive-Green?
The walls will be stuccoed in an acidy Ochre.
The flooring will be Our Standard Hand-made Terra-cotta pavers.
Window moulding in Our Standard Light Blue-Grey.
Good Lord! What a color-palette!!! Hmmm... OK...
Flooring still in Terra-cotta...
Ditto for the windows in Our Standard Light Blue-Grey.
Cabinets, silos & shelving now in a Quiet-Grey...
Walls in a simpler Ochre...
Better, but lets' try this...
Again, flooring in Terra-cotta...
And, the windows still in Our Standard Light Blue-Grey.
Cabinets, silos & shelving in a lighter Terra-cotta...
Walls in Butter...
Oh, way too nursery room. And, the butter makes me want to gag. How about if the...
Flooring were in Terra-cotta...
Windows in OSLBlue-Grey...
Cabinets, etc. in their Natural Oak...
And, the damn walls in Teal, for cryin' out loud... what I will do for Dr. You, who has been assaulting me nightly with this Color Request...
Gag & vomit again! Slitting my throat would be Option B!!! OK...
How about if I just do it all up in White???
Gads.
