Here's what the NEW! NEW!! NEW!!! Phase IV Floor Plan looks like... flat. OK...
La Cucina goes into the Dinky Room. Fine. A door will give access to the Stanza dei Tini and the Bathroom housed in the Laundry Room. Try as I might, getting an American-style Powder Room seems impossible, but... When in Rome, or nearby, do as the Romans do. Entrance Hallway & Kitchen are One open-space. You permitting, it will be Tangerine. Floors in terra-cotta, ceiling White, cabinets in their Natural Oak. Like, WOW!!!
La Sala da Pranzo is next. Arrivederci to My Secret Bedroom. Fine. You has promised me a HUGE, FRIGGING wrought iron chandelier suspended from the rafters. I am comforted that it WILL NOT BE a wagon wheel!!! You never know what atrocity he'll cart home from a flea market. The paint color will be a raspberry-kind-of-Aubergine. Floors in terra-cotta. The ceiling in White.
And, il Salotto will be in a Sevres Green. I cannot wait to see if this really happens. I intend to drive post-haste to Sarzana to buy an antique carpet we saw at our antiques dealer there... right before I slapped down Euro 300 for a 100% wool sweater!!!... to re-inforce You's acceptance of a Sevres Green Living Room. You hit the Fowler & Ball website and suggested Arsenic. Too dark. But, at least, no mention of Teal. For the nth time, floors in terra-cotta. The ceiling in White.
Our Geometra arrives at 3:30PM to check on the novita' of Phase IV's NEW!!! Plan B. I'm sure he will be thrilled to the point his laser-ruler goes bezerk, when he hears I want a door blasted through a 2 foot wall between the Cucina-cum-Entrata and the Stanza dei Tini, so I won't get wet heading to the loo. Gads.
